Stella’s wedding co-ordinating services are €575 - basically having Stella or one of the Zaffron weddings team co ordinate your wedding means that they take care of all the legal and administration side of everything; Book and organise all necessary meetings and appointments with Photographer, Florist, Town Hall for license etc…. Stella or one of the team will be with you throughout your wedding and available to you 24/7. We pride ourselves in offering a highly personal service – we do care that your day, all the planning and even after the wedding that you are happy and had a stress-free experience.

  • Zaffron weddings co ordinator will book the ceremony and registrar.
  • Zaffron wedding co ordinator wil organise and advise you on all the necessary documentation and personally take you to the necessary Town Hall upon your arrival to Cyprus to get the license to marry.
  • We will be available by email, Skype or can phone you when need be.
  • We will book your reception at the venue of your choice and liaise with them if necessary on your behalf.
  • We will book a photographer and or videographer of the highest standard
  • We can arrange a hair-dresser and make-up artist for your wedding day, both highly professional and both will come to your hotel room on the wedding day.
  • You will take you personally to the florist to choose your own flowers if you wish upon arrival or we will pre-book and oirganise the bridal flowers and any flower arrangements necessary for your wedding.
  • We will arrange your wedding cake- we have the excellent wedding cake suppliers that can make absolutely any cake you wish for.
  • We will advise on and book any necessary transport needed for your wedding day.
  • We will organise any entertainment you may want for your wedding reception – from bands, violinists, wedding singer, dj, Greek dancers etc...
  • Upon your arrival pre-wedding we will take you personally to any appointments with regards to your ceremony or reception venue.
  • Your wedding co ordinator will be with you throughout your wedding day - usually delivering your flowers to your room.

Your wedding ceremony can book and confirm within 48 hours or less on a week day.
