Stella,
Wow, what can we say apart from a great big thank
you from the bottoms of our hearts to both Stella
and Budge, for making our wedding day on the 9th
August more magical than we could have ever dreamed
it to be.
Stella -you have a very special gift of making us
feel like we were the only couple to have ever got
married! And Budge, wow -your cooking skills are
incredible! the food was absolutely amazing! Not
forgetting the staff at Zaffron, who were fantastic
and professional and nothing was too much trouble.
Thank you to you all! what a great team.
Since booking our wedding over two years ago, Stella
has been there for us every step of the way
-replying to emails, phone calls and making
arrangements at the drop of a hat. For any future
brides contemplating using Stella’s wedding
co-ordinator services, she's a must! Stella is
fantastic, so friendly, organised and simply amazing
at what she does.
Our whole day was so emotional and out of this
world, we ourselves, our family and friends have
memories of Cyprus, Stella & Budge and Zaffron which
we will all treasure forever.

We used Jim the photographer, who is also incredible. He
captured our whole day so perfectly, and such a genuinely
lovely guy. He has a very special eye for capturing a moment
in time, amazingly talented!
We can't stop thinking about our special day and how perfect
it was. Everything was organised and Stella was on hand to
help with anything - even lending her babysitting services
free of charge during our church service :)
Zaffron itself looked absolutely stunning! so thank you -you
did a great job! and although we only had a relatively small
wedding party of 20 adult guests, Budge did a grand DJ job
of helping to get the dance floor going and creating a party
atmosphere (the twinkle star lights are gorgeous by the way,
love them!) -even our usually shy little three year old came
out of his shell and was rocking the dance floor! haha. we
were all made to feel so welcome and comfortable, thank you.
Stella, would really love to keep in contact. To both of
you, keep up the great work -I’m sure I won’t be the last
bride to compliment you on how fantastic and professional
you are.
we will definitely be coming back to visit sometime in the
future!

Great Host, Great Networker, Great Wedding Planner &
Friend!
Both Rich and I have busy lives and our jobs take up
probably too much of our time which is why Stella
was key to organizing the most special day of our
lives. Having someone on the ground who actually
knows what they’re doing was perfect. Even on the
day she was there to calm my nerves, her family are
the most warm and welcoming people you could wish to
meet. Stella has a great style, personality and real
passion for wanting people like us to just have an
amazing time. Forgot anything else you may have seen
Stella has a killer combo team behind her, Danny the
Legend (saved the day with his video & music), Jim
the Photographer and Maria the Florist. We would
highly recommend Stella anytime. We had about 50
guests coming from UK and US to celebrate our big
day & pre-wedding parties which was the best time of
our lives and we owe it to Stella in helping us make
our dream come true! You have truly given us what we
were after and it is something we will both cherish
forever! Thank you Stella.

Hi all you
brides to be, just thought id fill u in abit on my special
day at Zaffron. Stella arranged my wedding reception at
Zaffron back in May 2008, and what can I say! Zaffron is
absolutely amazing not even exaggerating when I say that, it
is beautiful. The food was second to none, one of the nicest
meals I'd ever had, you just have to try Stella's death by
chocolate desert mmm. From start to finish the whole day was
catered for so well, my guests still complement the day so
much even now. Thanks to Stella and Zaffron it was the best
day of my life, you have all made such a good choice x

I just want to say a huge massive enormous thank you to
Stella!
Our wedding day was fantastic, I want to do it all again!
Stella, from the bottom of my heart ... thank you! You are
fantastic. You organised absolutely everything for us and
kept me calm in a brief moment of panic over paperwork. The
day was everything I wanted and I couldn't ask for more.
Apart from our own hiccup a few days before it all went
smoothly thanks to you. Thank you also for the photos you
did, I love the one of my son and me on the golf buggy.
Vasilias was the perfect venue for us and Danny was amazing,
he really got the party started!
If anyone is considering a wedding in Cyprus I can say with
hand on heart that you are safe in this women’s hands. She
will take care of you to the end.

We booked
Zaffron for our wedding reception from the U.K. via our own
wedding planner. It is always a risk booking for such an
important occasion without seeing the place for ourselves
but both venue service and food exceeded all expectations!
We met with Stella and Budge prior to the reception and
right from the start it was clear we had made the right
choice they were professional and clearly took great pride
in the venue and the quality of the food.d.
The night itself went perfectly. The venue looked amazing,
the food superb and more than anyone could manage and the dj/singer
created a great atmosphere. As a venue for a meal or a
wedding we could not recommend it highly enough!

Rich and I are still trying to settle back in to normal day
life but we both wanted to say "Thank You!" to you for all
your help, support and fabulous taste in helping us have the
BEST DAY EVER. We haven't forgotten just ordering our cards
but we did want to drop you a personal note as your help
meant so much and we wouldn't have the Elysium!!!
We loved it and wish we were still there, the last week went
by so quickly as wanted to cram in loads of things to do.
It was a shame we didn't get to say goodbye to you properly,
we popped over to Tala but missed you, we hope you enjoyed
the cakes from Morello (we remember you loved their
goodies!!).
Once again we just wanted to say a deep thank you for truly
helping to make our day so special and one to remember!!!

Just to say a
Big Thank You to Stella & Budge for a wonderful evening last
Tuesday.
Zaffron’s looked amazing with all the table decorations, the
food was beautiful, we received lots of comments about the
wonderful food. Adam was fantastic too. Many thanks to both
of you for putting together a wonderful wedding reception.

Hi ladies, I am now a very, very happy married woman! Had
our wedding last Tuesday and I have to say this was the best
day of my life without a doubt? Everything was amazing and I
didn't think I had the words to explain how wonderful Stella
and Budge were to us. The venue is out of this world, you
girls will be in shock once you see it for real. John is so
proud of me for finding Zaffron and our families can't
believe how perfect it was.
There are soooo many good points
Food: what can I say... Budge can cook!!! The presentation
was beautiful and of course it tasted fantastic too!
Everyone loved their choices and the death by chocolate is a
must.
Decor: I don't want to give too much away but the restaurant
is a hidden gem on tomb of the kings road. There is an air
of sophistication of a top restaurant but you feel at home
also because of Stella’s good taste for decoration! As the
evening goes on the lighting changes the feel to a party
atmosphere and the sound system is heavy!!
Service: Nothing to too much trouble for the staff at
Zaffron, Stella even took outside for a bit because I guess
she could sense we were a bit overwhelmed with it all, just
to have a bit of time alone.
I wish i could post some photos on here for you to see, you
must use Stella’s florist for flowers through her and get
the photo package it was great!
Thanks again for a beautiful afternoon, our family and
friends are still talking about it now! |
We cannot thank
you enough for everything you've done for us! Stella, you
were a star and I really appreciate all your help. Cyprus
Wedding should be a daunting thought - but Zaffron wedding
planners made this wedding so simple.
Our wedding day was just perfect!
We had the time of our life, our guests seemed to enjoy
themselves (loads!) and the laid back atmosphere made it to
what we always wanted to have - one big party... Our
families and friends keep talking about how brilliant
everything was. Food, Drinks, Entertainment, the decoration,
the amazing cake (Tim and I finished the whole lot!!!),
flowers, budge as a dj (don't you just love doing it...) and
everything else:
We wouldn't change a thing and are both over the moon with
how smoothly it all went!
I hope we keep in touch and hopefully we get to come back to
Paphos soon.

Thanks to Stella and Budge.
We had an amazing time at Zaffron it made our wedding day.
Stella, Budge and all the staff are so friendly and helpful
they made things run extra smoothly. As for the place itself
it is out of this world. Not to mention the food which is
the best I think me, my husband Simon and all our guests
have ever had.
We would highly recommend that anyone getting married in
Paphos book Zaffron and they will have the best time
ever!!!! (as we did).

Hi Stella,
Jon and I again wish to thank you for making our wedding day
so special. Our reception at Zaffron’s was brilliant and
ourselves and our guests loved everything about it. Our
guests said to us that the food was not only the best meal
they had the whole time they were in Cyprus, but also their
best meal ever! I can highly recommend this as a special
Cyprus wedding venue.
Everybody has come home and cannot stop talking about our
wedding, making our family and friends who could not come to
Cyprus incredibly jealous.
Anybody who has booked their reception at Zaffron’s will not
be disappointed and you will be guaranteed an amazing time.
We would also suggest anybody thinking of booking Zaffron’s
to hurry up and do so!!!!!!!

I have just returned from Paphos and our wedding reception
on 26th May. It was fabulous! All our guests had the most
wonderful time and the food is amazing. From the minute I
arrived in Paphos, Stella was so professional and efficient
and the reception was organized within 24 hours of landing.
She also took me to the most wonderful florist who was so
enthusiastic about her business it was a joy choosing my
flowers. We were made to feel so welcome by all the staff
and it was decorated beautifully. We had 40 guests and there
was lots of room for dancing and seated area after the meal
was finished. Also Stella introduced me to Andreas Evzonas,
a photographer who doesn’t work with tour operators. He was
fantastic. My husband was quite worried about the photos and
Andreas made everyone very relaxed and took the most amazing
photos. I can’t recommend ZAFFRONS highly enough. Thank you
from both of us and all our guests. If anyone wants to see
photos or ask questions feel free to get in touch. I know
it's quite daunting arranging a wedding abroad. Thank you
again - It really was one of the best days of our lives

Hi Stella,
Budge & Crew.
Been home two days now and what a come down....the weather
is freezing and no wedding to plan!!
Anyway, we would love to thank everyone at the Zaffron. .our
reception was amazing. The venue was decorated so
beautifully, the lighting just perfect and the staff were
fab. We had our pre-wedding meeting with Stella two days
prior to the wedding, when i walked into the Zaffron that
night i honestly could of cried. Seeing the venue in 'real
time' and not on a pc screen was amazing, we were also
welcomed so warmly by both Stella and her husband Budge (fab
chef).
Our meeting was very informal and long enough for both
parties to be clear with regards to the running of the
evening. The day of our wedding our guests arrived b4 us as
we were off with our photographer...i loved that Stella
managed to get a piccy of everyone arriving @ the Zaffron.
We had Stella’s slide show and have now got so many great
piccys of everyone - our guests loved the big screens and
seeing there photos uploaded.
We had 28 guests and our meals were cooked to perfection.
All tables were served in order and ate together...there was
no waiting around or cold meals. Budge did a fab job
catering for veggies, and adjusting a few menus’...he really
is a top man with a great sense of humor and an excellent
chef.
I had my nails done @ the nail spa which stella had
suggested. Although they took about an 1 1/2 they were
amazing. I totally got what i asked for. Everyone commented
on how lovely they looked. On my wedding finger i had little
diamantes placed at the side on the nail going down...but
they can accommodate most designs so do ask if you would
like something different. For a full set of nails i paid
60euros.
We used Stella's DJ who was fun. There was no problem with
requesting songs etc. All that we wanted he had. He was a
really nice guy.
I would recommend Stella, budge and there team without any
doubt or hesitation. They did themselves very proud on the
evening of the 22/09/08. Our guests were made to feel
welcome and everyone had the best time ever. You’re a great
couple with a fab eye for detail. I wish you both every
happiness and enjoy ur new grandson, Thanks again
