Myself Stella, my husband Budge, along with our family came to Cyprus in 1988 to work in my parents family run Italian Restaurant. It soon became a very popular eaterie for both tourists and locals alike.

Having descended from London; Myself, an Italian Cypriot and my husband being Indian has meant growing up in different environments whereby food has always taken centre stage. Our love for all foods and the satisfaction in sharing this with our customers has inspired and driven us to create truly unique and stunning environments where service and foods are the Star Attraction.

Over the past 20 years; having seen the ever changing landscape of Cyprus along with the demanding and diverse palletes of our clientele, we embarked on a new venture and opened the Indian Tandoori Restaurant, Koh i Noor, now in its 8th year.

The next project was O'Neills Irish Bar and Grill, the first Irish Pub in Pafos; now well-established and in its 4th year. The concept behind O'Neills was to offer locals, expats and tourists a fun, family orientated environment serving world Beers and good quality Gastro Pub Foods.

We soon after saw a gap in the market for a Modern, High Quality Restaurant for the discerning diner. We quickly established a reputation for being one of the best restaurants Paphos had to offer. The surroundings are stunning and combine a contemporary look with the latest in Audio Visual Technology and an Ethnic twist.

Zaffron is more than just a restaurant; It offers guests multiple areas in which to relax and enjoy their experience. We offer an outdoor Cocktail area with direct view of the Paphos Coast; perfect for that pre-dinner sun downer. We also have an A La Carte dining area, a Cosy Lounge bar area where you can sit and enjoy an after-dinner coffee and desert or one of our exquisite cocktails or wines from the bar.

Leading from the Initial Success of the restaurant we soon found demand for using the venue to cater to weddings. This exceptional demand led to us offering exclusive use of the venue to wedding parties and thus Zaffron Weddings Cyprus was born.
